1. Digital reading services
Because each PDF reading is personalized and prepared for one customer, it is not refundable after the PDF has been delivered. A delivered report includes delivery by email, WhatsApp, download link or another agreed channel.
Before delivery, cancellation or refund requests are reviewed case by case. Where meaningful preparation has already begun, a full refund may not be available. A duplicate charge or clear failure to deliver the purchased service will be investigated and corrected.
2. Clarification and corrections
A request for clarification does not create a new reading or a refund right. If the report contains an obvious factual transcription error based on information correctly submitted by the customer, contact us promptly so the error can be reviewed and corrected.
3. Physical accessories
A return request for jewelry or symbolic accessories must be submitted within 3 calendar days after confirmed delivery. The item must be unused, unworn, undamaged and returned with its original packaging. Contact support before sending any return; an unapproved return may not be accepted.
Unless the item is defective, damaged in transit or materially different from the confirmed order, return shipping and any customs costs are the customer’s responsibility. Original shipping charges are normally non-refundable.
4. Damaged or incorrect items
Contact us within 3 days of delivery and provide clear photographs of the item, packaging and shipping label. After verification, we may offer replacement, repair, store credit or refund as appropriate.
5. Payment disputes
Please contact support first so the issue can be reviewed. Filing a payment dispute does not change the requirement to provide accurate order information or preserve the item and packaging where a physical-product claim is made.
