1. Dispatch time
In-stock jewelry and symbolic accessories are normally dispatched within 2 business days after payment and order details are confirmed. Weekends, public holidays, inventory checks, address verification and payment review may affect dispatch timing.
2. Delivery time
Transit time depends on the destination, carrier, customs processing and local delivery conditions. An estimated transit period will be provided when available, but it is not a guaranteed arrival date.
3. Address accuracy
The customer must provide a complete and accurate delivery address, recipient name, phone number and any information required by the carrier. Additional costs caused by an incorrect or incomplete address may be charged to the customer.
4. Tracking and customs
Tracking information will be supplied when the selected service provides it. International customers are responsible for import duties, taxes, customs fees or local brokerage charges unless the order page expressly states otherwise.
5. Loss, delay and delivery issues
Contact support if tracking shows an unusual delay, loss or delivery problem. We will assist with carrier investigation, but customs or carrier delays outside our control do not automatically create a refund right.
6. Returns
Return requests must be submitted within 3 calendar days after confirmed delivery and must follow the conditions in the Refund Policy. Do not mail an item back until support provides return instructions. The final return address will be supplied privately after the request is approved.
