1. Eligibility and acceptance

You must be at least 18 years old to purchase or use the services. By submitting an order, you agree to these Terms, the Privacy Policy, Refund Policy and any product-specific information shown at checkout.

2. Nature of the reading service

Tarot, Eastern destiny and astrology content is offered for personal reflection and entertainment. It is not medical, psychological, legal, financial or other licensed professional advice. No outcome, reconciliation, wealth, protection, healing or future event is guaranteed.

3. Personalized PDF delivery

A paid reading is prepared once using the information and question submitted by the customer. Delivery is normally made within 24 hours after required information and payment are confirmed. Clarification support is limited to the scope stated in the selected package and does not include repeated new readings.

4. Customer responsibilities

You are responsible for providing accurate contact, birth and order information. Delays caused by missing or incorrect information do not count as service failure. You must not use the service for unlawful, abusive, fraudulent or harmful purposes.

5. Symbolic accessories

Bracelets, amulets and related pieces are sold as cultural jewelry and symbolic accessories. They do not guarantee protection, health, wealth, reconciliation or any supernatural result. Product appearance may vary slightly because of photography, screen settings or natural material variation.

6. Payment and order acceptance

An order is accepted only after payment is confirmed or the operator expressly confirms a manual order. We may reject or cancel an order where payment is incomplete, information is inconsistent, the order creates compliance risk or fulfillment is not reasonably possible.

7. Intellectual property

Website text, visual design, report layout and delivered PDF content remain protected intellectual property. A customer receives a personal, non-transferable right to use the purchased report privately. Reports may not be resold, republished or presented as professional advice.

8. Limitation of responsibility

To the extent permitted by applicable law, the operator is not responsible for decisions, losses or consequences arising from reliance on reflective or entertainment content. Nothing in these Terms excludes rights that cannot legally be excluded.

9. Changes

These Terms may be updated when services, payment methods or legal requirements change. The version posted on the website applies from its stated update date.
